What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Free ample parking is available at the venue.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No photography or videotaping will be permitted during the Briefing. This is a private event and organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the Briefing.

Refreshments (Coffee, pastries, snacks, etc) will be available during the 15 minute break during the Briefing.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Due to security measures, tickets are transferable only with prior approval.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Due to security measures, attendees must bring their tickets to the registration table or be able to show them on their smart phones.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to two days prior to the Briefing.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Tickets are not transferable without prior approval.
